Preamble:

The client declares having read and understood the following provisions before placing an order to any of the tourism packages offered by Cameroon Adventures and Tours. It is the exclusive responsibility of each client to determine their travel needs and exigencies, choose their centre of interest and shape the tours to their taste and ensure the compatibility of the tours.

The tour packages of Cameroon Adventures and Tours are organised and sold under the following specific conditions:

 

Article 1: Services included in our tour packages

Our tour packages as well as our prices consist of the following:

• Airport pick up and drop off;
• Three meals a day, lodging, and all the services and activities stipulated in the programme;
• Land transport, and depending on the nature of the tour, domestic flights;
• The services of a main guide, and one or several local guides, trackers and carriers.

 

Article 2: Services not included in our tour packages

 

Our tour packages as well as our prices do not consist of the following:

• Passport, visas, vaccination costs and charges related to other formalities;
• Insurance, repatriation fees and luggage charges (strongly recommended);
• Drinks, personal expenses, tips and optional visits and excursions;
• Airport taxes Airport taxes payable in Cameroon as well as those payable abroad;
• Charges for delays in air, rail or maritime transport.
